Daintree Ferry Info

The Daintree Ferry provides vehicle and foot passenger access across the Daintree River, connecting the northern Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation with the rest of Far North Queensland.

You can pre-purchase ferry tickets in advance using the link below or from the ticket booth on the southern side, or on board the ferry, using EFTPOS or cash. Click the link below for prices and to pre purchase your tickets.

TIMETABLE

The Daintree Ferry operates continuously between 5 am and midnight daily, including Christmas Day.

A priority lane for locals operates between 9 am – 4:30 pm during peak season (July – November).

Please note that during peak season long queues can be expected.

To ensure safe and efficient loading of vehicles on to the ferry, traffic is managed into regular and priority lanes between 9am – 4:30pm.
